If I had to choose one genre closest to my heart, it might well be Heavy Progressive Rock.
Australians have a unique flavour and COG were definitely one of the forerunners when this sound was popular. Their first album, The New Normal is a favourite record of mine, a head-to-toe work of excellence and political mayhem. This song in particular often gets lodged in my head and I think it is fantastic easy listening from one of our best.
